When opening this app, they had me go through a long process of filling out information. I didn't mind this because it was applying me to scholarships as we went through it. This app automatically applies you for scholarships that don't require essays as soon as they come out. By the time I was done filling out the questions, I had applied to 5 non essay scholarships.

There was a clear distinction between categories, and there were also ways to search and add your own scholarships. This app is great for a low-maintenance person. The app basically takes care of everything for you, so you don't have to worry about it. I would find that to be a little more stressful because I wouldn't be able to remember which ones I applied to.

The downside to this scholarship app is that it, too, did not have local scholarship opportunities. I wasn't able to find any apps that included local scholarships so maybe it isn't common for these types of apps. Overall I really enjoyed this platform. This would be the one I would recommend since it is easy to use and organized.

    This seems like a great app. When I was going from highschool to college I remember it being so annoying having to apply to all these different scholarships and having to remeber which ones you applied for. I remember one time when our school was announcing who won what scholarships that some people were shocked when they won some because they couldn’t even remember applying for them. Is this a new app or has it been around for a while? If it’s been around I wish I knew about it sooner. Great post!

    Going Merry sounds super convenient, especially for someone looking to avoid the hassle of constantly searching for scholarships! The automatic application feature is a huge plus. It’s too bad it doesn’t have local scholarships, but it’s great to hear it’s organized and easy to use. Thanks for sharing your experience—this app definitely seems worth checking out!

  Some Local Scholarship opportunities I don't know about you, but my social media has been filled with videos of new scholarships to apply to. There is no means of organization with this, which really stresses me out. I downloaded a few apps and determined the pros and cons of each so I could choose which would be the most organized and relevant to high school seniors or people in college.  Raise Me When I started my experience with this app, they had me fill out a questionnaire with colleges that I'm applying to and some of my extracurricular activities. They wanted to know what my future profession was and things like that. This process takes a minute to fill out, but it is worth it for sure! My school is not the most organized at getting scholarship opportunities out to the students.
